Cleaning your Carpet Runners
Jute and sisal runners are best kept dry and should therefore not be cleaned through wet
shampoo treatment or steam cleaning. Instead, use a dry rug cleaning powder, found in any
carpet store, and follow the instructions provided.
If any liquid is accidentally spilled on your carpet,
immediately blot it with a dry cloth (you must not rub the liquid). If the liquid left a stain
on your carpet, blot the rug with mild soap and water, then blot dry.
To keep your carpets well maintained, always vacuum your runners.
